Union Marketing is a project of the Intelligence Bureau Employee‘s Cooperative Housing Society (IBECHS). While there are numerous housing societies in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, the exceptional location of Union Marketing is as picturesque as Islamabad itself. It is conveniently situated, with just a 15-minute drive to other parts of Islamabad, 10 minutes to the airport, and 5 minutes to G.T road. Union Marketing Green and Union Marketing Residential were once beautiful dreams that have now become a reality. The Knowledge Village within the area has numerous schools, colleges, and universities under construction. Additionally, 5-star hotels and shopping malls are also being built. Union Marketing Islamabad is a place where your dreams come true. Launched in 2005, the project received its NOC from CDA in 2009 with Ref# “CDA/PLW-HS(127)/2009/257“. MOUs with IESCO and SNGPL were also duly signed, and development work commenced in 2009. It might be difficult to find such an amazing and affordable location in Islamabad again.
